Improvements to chat sounds:
When someone sending a team message the sound can be heard for both teams.
when someone is muted, gagged, or silenced, the chat sound can still be heard when sending a message.
when flooding, all the sounds can also still be heard, even though they are not showing.

can these things be changed?

please remove following maps

dm_overwatch_cm - same version is already installed
dm_trainstation_02

reinstall new version/ better version of dm_overwatch_cm
