Improvements to chat sounds:
When someone sending a team message the sound can be heard for both teams.
when someone is muted, gagged, or silenced, the chat sound can still be heard when sending a message.
when flooding, all the sounds can also still be heard, even though they are not showing.

can these things be changed?

it should be something like

If you wish to change team use the console command: "jointeam 1" to join spectator, "jointeam 2" to join combine/blue, "jointeam 3" to join rebels/red.


Also another periodic message should explain to people how to enable cl_showpluginmessages, something like:

if you cannot vote for the next map, use cl_showpluginmessages 1 in the console.
